Power of Presence

In the standing of the spirit people gaze upon it to gauge value. With this comes opportunity to give them a sneak peek into the souls inner structure. An absolute testimony to the sum of experiences, thoughts and values. The core of the inner being peeks into the real world in a display of presence. One that tests each man. And with this comes the time that those with greatness living and breeding deep inside can flourish and infect others. A display of power. The power that tells others that they have influence. Unique and great thoughts. This feeling is priceless and carries immeasurable weight.

The marble tablet also reminds his descendents and successors “to maintain the castle as a continuing memory of the past and a warning for all time”.

Since then the Castle Hochosterwitz has been owned by the same family for generations.

Many centuries have passed, but castle Hochosterwitz has not changed – only its purpose became a different one. Luckily, there was always some member of the family who, remembering the warning carved in stone by his ancestor, made great sacrifices to maintain the castle in good condition.
